Qualification: B.Tech. – Electronics /Mechanical.
Experience: Total 10-12 years. Minimum
5 Years in lighting. Minimum 3 years in plant quality function.
Job Responsibility:
- Knowledge of PCBA, coating / plating, plastic Injection molding, rubber part, press shop and assembly processes.
- Knowledge of customer specific requirements (Export customers, TATA, Ashok Laylend, JBM, JCB, ITL, Ford & VW etc).
- Knowledge of lighting, legal and CoP requirement.
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques like Six Sigma, Quality Circle and 8D etc.
- Analytical skill and able to facilitate the team on problem solving.
- Customer complaint handling (Line rejection and warranty) and define the robust counter measures against quality issue and complaints.
- Working experience on core tools (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA,SPC, MSA) and process related Quality documents.
- Understand the customer requirement and guide the internal team for implementation in processes.
- Facilitate the customer during customer visit and audit, closer of action after audit within specified timeline.
- Interaction with different functions and get the work done to support the customer related activities.
- Monitor customer score card. Control and improve the customer KPI within target.
- Monitor, control and improve the plant quality KPI.
- Monitor and guide the team to reduce the internal rejection and COPQ.
- Provide support to IQC and SQA for supplier related quality issues observed in the process.
- Good verbal and written communication skill.
- Able to handle team of 25 people in quality (plant and customer location).
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Certified process auditor as per VDA 6.3 and
system as per IATF 16949.
