Job Description
Title: Project/Program Manager
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Salem, Oregon
HYBRID POSITION BUT WANTS LOCAL CANDIDATE
NOTE:Onsite onboarding is required
Job Description:
- Contractor s Key Person will assist with space planning needs, managing moves within the building, establishing a framework around the movement, oversight of the order of operation, receiving input, and tracking action items in alignment with the timeframes and goals identified by the planning team. Scope will encompass providing knowledge, oversight and coordination to implement the project.
Tasks:
Contractor s Key Person shall:
- Providing support to workspace planning
- Managing movement of office furniture and equipment within the building
- Develop a floor plan reconfiguration
- Develop movement and process timeline
- Receiving input from teams regarding the move
- Tracking action items and recording completion
Required Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - proficiency required
- Meeting facilitation
- Teamwork
- Skilled in presentation
- Requirements gathering
- Strategy Planning proficiency
- Experience creating schedule with task dependencies
- Process mapping capabilities - proficient
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiencies
- MS Visio (for workflows/process mapping)
- Space utilization experience preferred
3 years+ experience in either Oracle Utilities' Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM) or Customer To Meter (C2M) SQL, Java , Configuration Tools (Portals, Zones, UI Maps, Scripts, Groovy), HTML, XML, etc Oracle Utilities Certified a plus
