Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Be a solutions architect for our clients
- Think creatively and laterally to solve problems
- Deliver on outbound sales targets
- Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively and manage accounts
- Driving the success of our organisers by actively checking in, upselling and upskilling them
- Work closely with the rest of the Customer Success team to assist them with decision-making and problem solving
- Tracking KPIs and reporting
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Customer focus with regards to understanding the service being delivered
- Ability to go beyond what is expected - often after-hours
- Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude; self-motivated
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Comfortable with change and excellent team player
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a keen attention to detail to ensure perfect delivery of services
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in client liaison/account management
- 2-5 years of experience in sales
- Tertiary qualification is beneficial
- Experience in the events industry is beneficial
- Established relationship management skills, with a strong focus on developing and sustaining effective relationships with key clients
- Strong computer skill including using a CRM, standard productivity tools is recommended
