Job Summary:
Working with Procurement and the Contracts Manager, this role has the responsibility for the maintenance and administration of all Spirit contracts, including customer agreements, SLAs and third-party/ supplier agreements.
Responsibility:
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement and Contracts teams.
- Use analytical skills to review and identify required contract data, then extract that data, and upload into Spirit databases.
- Locate and review legacy contracts and records and ensure the management of these are modernized in line with updated contract management standards.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across Spirit (including Procurement, Legal, Support, Professional Services and Sales) to maintain and manage currency of all contract templates online.
- Create simple Contract Variations for customer agreements.
- Manage and maintain system/ records management compliance for customer and third-party agreements.
- Manage and maintain the Contract Variation records.
- Identify areas to improve processes and documentation to increase Spirit s effectiveness.
Requirements
- Ability to read and analyse contract documentation
- Comfortable working in multiple systems, i.e., databases, document repositories,MS Dynamics or any CRM experience

- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workload and tasks
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be willing to work from 7am to 4pm
