• Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of our social community across all social media channels.
• Developing campaigns in paid search marketing, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn to support the growth of the business.
• Overseeing the digital marketing budget
• Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts)
• Managing the SEO on all online channels.
• Measuring and reporting performance of all digital channels and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) to continuously improve effectiveness and impact.
• Tracking and monitoring competitor activity to find our areas of improvement.
• Clearly identifying Success Metrics, KPI, and reporting for all tactics prior to implementation
• Managing relationships with relevant external suppliers (e.g. outsourced PR agencies, media agencies, printers, digital support, design studio, etc.).
• Proactively creating & executing email marketing campaigns to customers based on current events, news, business strategy
