Job Description

Recruiter and HR professional to support recruitment and placement activities. Work shall generally consist of:

Recruitment: Identify candidate requirements, research and post to job boards, add jobs to company website, identify qualified candidates, pre-screen candidates, arrange interviews, follow up with clients and candidates, on-boarding. Maintain inventory of qualified candidates.

Business Management: Work with clients to identify needs, promoting candidates, candidate placement, enter orders, arrange and invoicing. Maintain customer relationships, company branding, and outreach.



Requirements

Education: Associates or Bachelor s Degree in business management or HR, or currently enrolled in same.

Experience: 1-5 yrs. exp.

Personal Skills: Good interpersonal skills, good written and oral communications skills, organized, and self-starter.

Human Resources: Experience in recruiting, research, interviewing, and onboarding process. Familiar with online research, professional social networks, and job boards, etc.

Business management skills: Capable of handling several clients and positions at one time, presentation skills, and business development skills. Prior experience in marketing or business development helpful.



Degree: Associates Degree in Engineering Technology or Architectural design from a US University or equivalent. Experience: 2-5 yrs. exp. Previous experience in Telecom or Power Delivery work is preferred. Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office suite. Experience in Autodesk inventor or Revit and MicroStation, is a plus. Personal Skills: Good written and oral communications skills, organized, and self-starter. Business or Project management skills: Capable of handling several projects at one time. Prior experience in project management is helpful.
