Job Description
- Define, manage and direct the needed IT end-to-end PMO work effort, which includes leveraging best practices and techniques in identifying, quantifying and tracking the realization of expected benefits defined in business cases.
- Provide regular visibility on IT project portfolio status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics) on a standard cadence through status reporting and program / work stream reviews.
- Regularly review and evaluate opportunities to improve the project management best practices in order to achieve higher maturity in PPM.
- Direct PPMO meetings and present performance updates regularly, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions to prioritize programs and projects based on company & IT objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. Manage changing functional needs, resource capacity constraints, risk exposure, and interdependencies.
