Job Description
- Solid partnership with AM, Mall management, supplier, and brand to identify Business opportunities that results in an increase in store activities and convert new consumers.
- Utilizes every opportunity to drive Results.
- Ability to set Smart Goals and communicate statistical Results and identify Business Needs.
- Demonstrate exceptional Customer Service skills with Both Internal and external Stakeholders.
- Effectively Manages Customer Complaints in a timely and effective Manner.
- Place orders to help replenish sock as and when required.
