We are currently looking for a Business Analyst (Finance Industry Experience) for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

Salary: Between $41/h to $46/h
12 months contract
Monday to Friday full time, hybrid role (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office 8 AM to 4:30 PM - flexible)

A day in the life of a Business Analyst (Finance Industry Experience):
Usher and help drive our HR technology and process transformation initiatives, globally
Provide recommendations for improving HR processes and systems that complement and support business goals
Participate in our internal HR tech council and transformation committee, ensuring adoption of all internal governance and risk processes.
Facilitate requirements collection and review with participating stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Apply design thinking and human centered design practices and principles when designing colleague experiences.
Inform transformation and change management efforts
Work with global project and stakeholder groups across different time zones while maintaining positive relationships with colleagues across HR CoE partners.
Supports the CoE in procurement practices including vendor management/compliance, contract renewals, and RFPs.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and HR data privacy policy.

What you will need to succeed:
5+ years of HR and Communications experience and/or business transformation projects - strategy and/or deployment supporting global, large-scale initiatives
Bachelors Degree, ideally in an HR or IT discipline
Deep knowledge of enterprise-wide Technology optimization and or deployments in the space of Core HR, Communications, ER and Analytics
Human centered design certification, an asset
CHRP/CHRL or PMP Certification an asset
Proven experience redesigning processes using Human Centered and/or LEAN design principles
Strong understanding of HRIS, HR/ER and communication cloud technologies (i.e Workday, Archer, SharePoint, Snapcomms, etc)
Ability to lead client from discovery through execution with demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) on key decisions during project delivery
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), including ability to deliver compelling client presentations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgment in assessing business risks and issues in a dynamic environment.
Experience producing project documentation (e.g., project plans, project charters, communications plans, deployment plans)
Ability to collaborate with multiple clients simultaneously, work with remote teams, think creatively, manage own time and take initiative to drive projects
Technical business acumen/Salesforce and/or Workday-minimum 1-year previous work experience
Strong analytical business requirement gathering
Ability to influence/strong communication skills
Candidate must have previous work experience in a HR environment, worked with technical product teams
