The core responsibility is to make guests feel welcome and assist them through a hassle-free reservation process. Handling and managing reservations process through various communication platforms
Ensuring all information about reservations are appropriately taken and entered into the system Help maximise room sales by upselling to a higher category
Maintain and update all room reservation transactions, room availabilities Handle group bookings
Check arrival list for next day arrival bookings
Updating bookings as No Shows at platforms with pay at hotel bookings
Work closely with Front Office
Provide support to guests regarding their booking queries
Push Concierge and addon sales
Respond to guest reviews
Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, engaging and quality services to guests
Maximise the sales and room occupancy rates Perform any other duties as assigned by management Requirements
Requirements
Holds a Graduate/Hotel Management Degree 3-4 Years of experience in a similar field is required
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English
