Job Title: ICT Customer Support
Salary: 60-65K AUD
Location - Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
adapting existing programs to meet users requirements
installing and downloading appropriate software
ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
implementing computer networks
designing and maintaining websites
repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
may work in a call centre
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
At least three years of relevant experienceand/or relevant vendor certification
Experience in telephone-based IT Support/operations
Strong communication and customer service skill
Relevant Industry certifications would be highly regarded
Ability to resolve issues as they arise and provide effective solutions
Employer Sponsored Visa.
Permanent Residency (PR) pathway after 3 years of employment.
