The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare staffing organization in Dallas, Texas looking for Physician Recruiters. As a Physician Recruiter, you will actively locate and engage with healthcare providers (MDs, DOs and APPs) for temporary clinical assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the production goals assigned
- Strategically and proactively solicit the services of new physicians by utilizing cold-calling techniques (sourcing) and responding quickly to company-generated leads
- Act as the single point of contract for physician candidates, coordinating all aspects of their clinical assignments, including necessary documentation
- Leverage current physician relationships to add additional physicians to the company database
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Compensation:
**You must live in Dallas, Texas metroplex, this is NOT a remote position.**
Proven experience as a project management professional Proven experience in a customer-facing support and/or sales role Demonstrated experience using business tools (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, etc.) Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Experience with wireless IoT products, especially tracking and sensing products, is a plus History of working on products deployed globally in significant volume, supporting international customers is a plus Working knowledge of agile development, scrum and Application Lifecycle Management Specific experience with geospatial mapping systems and APIs are a plus Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA
