They identify business gaps within the market, using technology to solve problems relating to IT Infrastructure and Network Security. They are currently in need of a SALES MANAGERwho will be in charge ofexpanding clientele, Be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties
Lead customer facing activities including inbound lead triage, first contact, discovery calls, platform demos, follow-up communication, presenting solutions, coordinating internal resources, strategizing on proposals, and negotiating and closing sales
Steward the sales process to support end-to-end customer acquisition, including winning new business, account management, revenue retention, revenue expansion, and an ongoing positive experience of successful impact for our customers
Maintain an accurate CRM with information across the sales lifecycle to include past events and planned tasks, relevant customer details, and sales revenue forecasts
Identify opportunities for participation in relevant industry events, engagements and building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Requirements
Minimum of an B.Sc degree from a reputable institution
5 years sales/business development experience in the tech/telecom industry
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
