Role Responsibilities:
- Conducting requirement gathering by various means.
- Mapping the identified functional requirements and defining a solution.
- Identifying the scope of the requirements and validating the requirements.
- Working as a liaison between Business users, operations and Developers.
- Preparing various documents and reviewing test scenarios and test cases.
- Working with different stakeholders for product collateral and training needs.
- Identifying and resolving issues and managing project risks.
- Regression testing, integration testing, functional testing and test automation.
- Defining functional test scenarios.
- Overall responsible for ensuring User Acceptance Testing.
- Maintaining up to date test libraries (test scenarios, test cases, etc.).
- Reviewing testing scenarios, test cases and helping developers and testers.
- Manage planning and communicating with stakeholders.
- Preparing regular reports on test results
- Supporting the business users for User Acceptance Testing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
Relevant Skills / Experience:
- Relevant Analyst / Tester experience.
- Writing requirements specifications.
- Experience working with Agile.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Hands on experience on testing methodologies.
- Manual and automated regression testing.
