Attend daily briefings on daily assigned tasks
Clean and maintain areas of responsibility according to standards and procedures
Replenish guest amenities and supplies in rooms Remove trash, dirty linens and room service items
Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to Supervisor
Reports lost and found articles to the housekeeping office immediately
Handle guest complaints tactfully, and report incidents or any other irregularities to Supervisor on time
Report unusual behaviour/activities in the guest room, floors/ public areas to Supervisor Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
