Requirements
- Manage end-to-end SAP Work Zone implementation.
- Work closely with local and global teams to develop and maintain an application platform for digital experience functionalities.
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- Apply globalization and localization process or templates wherever required.
- Facilitate workshop, training sessions, and data migration (if applicable) of client s key users.
- Work closely with team members (both onsite and offshore) to facilitate successful integration between modules.
- Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing and future support.
