Job Summary:
The main responsibility of the Senior HR Specialist for Engagement is to help in the end-to-end implementation of engagement activities in the company.
Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement
- End-to-end involvement in the employee engagement activities
- Develop and implement engagement events while ensuring that the Company s culture and values are upheld
- Assist the HR Lead in culture-building initiatives, promoting the Company s visions, mission, and values
- Collect employee feedback on engagement events and use the data in the improvement on future events
- Get updated with new employee engagement trends and practices
Corporate Social Responsibility
- Promote and implement corporate social responsibility activities, both environmental and social in nature
- Assist in managing the company s membership and registration with non-profit organizations
- Conduct fieldwork to visit beneficiaries of the company s CSR efforts
- Create and promote projects that will help the company in its efforts towards sustainability
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Develop and maintain programs that will promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the company
Rewards and Recognition
- Maintain the company s R&R program by processing requestsfrom different campaigns
- Monitor the recipients and ensure the release of appropriate rewards
- Suggest and implement R&R programs based on employee needs and trends
Others
- Adhere to other HR-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in managing activities and project related to Corporate Social Responsibility is a must
- Physically fit to conduct CSR activities that involve activities such as hiking
- Amenable to travelling anywhere in the country to visit beneficiaries of the company s CSR efforts
- Knowledge in using GSuite is preferred
- Able to report to work in Makati City from 8AM to 5PM, one to two times a week
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
