Job Description

Paralegal/ Demand Writer (MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish)


Seeking a personal injury paralegal for a reputable law firm located in Downtown Los Angeles.


Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents
    • complaints
    • written discovery
    • motions
    • petitions and
    • other documents
  • Maintain calendar
  • Filing court documents
  • Assisting trial team
    • document preparation
    • filings
  • Resolving property damage and preparing loss of use demands
  • Draft correspondence
  • Deman writing


Competencies:

Candidate must:

  • Be very organized
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Be capable of working in a high-pressure environment
  • Be computer savvy
  • Be a team player
  • Have outstanding customer service skills.
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Have good communication and writing skills along with
  • Must be able to multi-task

Requirements:


  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a personal injury litigation paralegal.
  • Have an understanding of Plaintiffs personal injury
    • Pre-litigation to litigation


Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
