It is time to grow the team further and they have an opportunity for a Site Manager, operating between Bournemouth, Brighton and London with a diverse portfolio of clients within Healthcare, Education, Heritage, Facilities Management and Defence. The ideal candidate will have experience within the M&E sector and will be willing to travel across their client base.
Our client is an agile organisation with client relationships at the forefront of everything they do. They are able to mobilise quickly, efficiently and safety and this is the key to their success making it a fundamental KPI for their Site Managers
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accountable for ensuring the clients Health & Safety practices are adhered to whilst on site
- Supporting our Project Managers in the delivery of Mechanical and Electrical projects up to the value of 500,000
- Supervising staff as well as specialist sub-contractors whilst on-site, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained
- Compiling and updating all Site Files so that they are compliant with all policies.
- Undertaking tool-box talks
- Monitoring a range of deliveries of materials and plant
- Inducting sub-contractors
- Being the conduit between the Client and the relevant Project Manager and Account Manager
- Attend site meetings with clients in support of Project Manager
- Setting up sites, including RAMs boards
- Providing verbal and written updates to clients
Skills/Qualifications
- Driving Licence
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Strong understanding of site Health and Safety Regulations
- Strong customer service ethics
- Always conducts self professionally
- Ability to communicate to clients, subcontractors as well as internal stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Supervisor/Foreman/Site Manager
- Minimum 2 years experience in M&E sector
- Located in M25 corridor
- Enhanced DBS Clearance required
