Equipment Technician

Jack Laurie Group is currently hiring a skilled equipment technician to work in our commercialconstruction business in the Indianapolis area.This is an in-house or shop mechanic that mustalsobe able to load, deliver and repair equipment on various customer sites (mostly construction). They may also need to pick up equipment at vendor locations and deliver it to job sites. Knowledge of computerized inventory management systems is a plus and will be useful in everyday duties.

To include- small engine repairs, propane systems, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, battery operated systems, OSHA knowledge, and any equipment associated with the flooring installation business.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in small engine repair
  
• Own Mechanics Tools
  
• Must be able to obtain Medical DOT Card - every 2 years (or sooner based on DOT requirement) must pass this exam and a drug test
  
• Must Be 21 Years of Age
  
• Have own dependable transportation w/ valid driver s license
  
• Must be able to be insurable by company insurance underwriters
  
• Must have ability to leverage computer skills to utilize took tracking system
