Job Description
- Provides expert knowledge and experience in running a comprehensive Quality Management system for the program.
- Possess the technical ability to develop executive Corrective Action Plan in response to third party nonconformance reports (NCR).
- Coordinates the correction of minor problems with the functional area managers and acts as liaison with the Government Contract Officer Representatives (CORs) and Quality Assurance Representatives (QARs).
- Evaluate how overall work center performance is meeting Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
- Implements ISO 9001:2015 Standards.
- Ensures processes and procedures required are executed in compliance with project specifications, standards and safety and security requirements.
- Review Work-center Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Internal Operating Procedures (IOP) and Work Instructions (WI), to ensure they provide proper operational information and direction for performing all tasks.
- Ensures QA Audit plans, and corrective actions are identified where any non-conformities or process deviations are identified and follow up these to conclusion. Direct corrective actions for all discrepancies and monitor compliance.
- Evaluate and resolve customer complaints and take actions to preclude reoccurrence.
