React JS Developer

Seeking an experienced React Developer who can write high-quality code. Youll be responsible for building exciting products in the edtech space. Apart from having the ability to write performant and clean code with great attention to detail, you also contribute solutions and suggestions for improvement as you work closely with different teams.

Engineering Culture :

• We run functional teams based on the SCRUM methodology and are a fairly Agile environment, with 2-week sprints and teams with a minimum of 2 developers (preferably 3) plus a Platform Owner.
  
• Sprints cannot be interrupted and work is planned out well in advance to keep stress down to a minimum.
  
• Line-by-line code reviews for every pull request on Gitlab maintains code quality, and keep everyone in the loop & learning.
  

Requirements

Required skills:

• Candidates have knowledge of JS, HTML5, and CSS3
  
• They should implement and design user interface components for web applications using the React open-source library ecosystem.
  
• Experience with Redux, and React-router.
  
• These skilled front-end developers are involved in all stages of interface component design, from conception through to final testing.
  
• Knowledge of middlewares like thunk or saga.
  
• Design Patterns, Algorithms, and Data Structures
  

Transfer data from various locations(cloud connected, LAN connected) to central server. Organizing data in a structured manner on server, maintaining Metadata of Shoots Managing and Coordinating between teams ensuring accurate sharing of all files from central server. Identify completion of project and organize data for archival Computing Data for Backup / Storage and track consumption and organize cloud back-ups Technical Skill-sets Good Grasp on Excel and google sheets. Basic knowledge of Powershell scripting, Proficient in cloud-based File sharing mechanism like AWS S3 Storage, G-drive, dropbox, one drive etc Troubleshoot data-related problems Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.) Problem solving skills, managing and coordinating between teams to ensure all files are placed at the respective location
