You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAssuming direct responsibility for overall performance of digital marketing efforts for our online learning, edtech, and e-commerce channels of our well-known brands, the Digital Marketing Manager will be expected to:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and designing the roadmap for digital marketing
Coordinating daily operations for digital channels, identify areas of improvement and implementing optimization strategies
Define the right KPIs for analyzing audience behaviors, A/B tests, planning and execution of experiments, conversion tests and growth strategies
Follow latest trends and best practices on digital marketing practices and tools
Monitor planning/realization performance of digital media budget
Measure and reporting performance (ROIs and KPIs) of campaigns and other digital marketing efforts
Follow up and monitoring competitors on digital platforms
Preferably graduate of disciplines like Communications, Media, Advertising, or Business Management, etc.
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and online media
Experienced in managing official accounts on platforms like Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Google, etc.
In-depth technical skills on marketing Technologies and automation tools
Experienced in working with agencies and service providers
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (event management, goal tracking, online campaigns, content grouping, data layer integration),
Familiar with tools like SEM, SEO, Programmatic, Remarketing, Google Ads, Data Studio, Tag Manager, Facebook, Youtube adware interfaces
Technical experience with UTM parameters and website performance tracking
Experienced in UX and UI and dominates A/B test tools
Fluency in English
Advanced user of MS Office applications
