Business Analyst IT

• During the research, design, and development process, understand the requirements with stakeholders and convert them into documents
  
• Assist technical team in creating a seamless product by sharing the crisp BRD and FRD with them.
  
• Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on-time
  
• Send out daily, weekly or monthly reports to all relevant stakeholders
  
• Take part in the QA process for solutions to make sure that all features and functions have been activated and optimized
  
• Always be on the lookout for methods to enhance monitoring, identify problems, and provide the customer with better value
  

Requirements

• 2 years or more of related experience
  
• Ability to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing, and evolving environment
  
• Sharp written and verbal communication skills, as well as knowledge of how to create BRD, FRD, and other business documents
  
• Good business sense, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• An eye for detail and the ability to execute very accurate work
  
• It will be advantageous to have knowledge of SQL, databases, and other technology
  
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets
