Job Description
Cold calling and/emailing potential clients (between 15 - 20 per day)
Contact regular and perspective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features and solicit orders
Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interest
Confidently answer customers questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and terms
Consult with clients after sales or contract signing to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
Perform administrative duties
Prepare sales budgets and reports, keep sales records and file expense account reports
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience required Excellent English writing and speaking skills Created successfully significant growth in the sales industry Whatsapp account to communicate through chat or phone calls with prospective buyers Great attention to detail with minimal mistakes Strong customer service skills A high level of energy and a team player
