Manage disciplinary problems with employees
Oversee facility preparation and readiness for crew support, verifying room cleanliness, food preparation, and distribution of keys and orientation packets
Perform or facilitate repair of identified issues with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, water, RO, and heating and air conditioning
Maintains the Crew Camp grounds and buildings, ensuring they are free of trash, weeds, and washed or blown in dirt
Oversee Food Service and Housekeeping vendor, ensuring quality and complete service in compliance with contract commitments
Share 24 hour on-call, including responding to service requests or issues that arise
