Job Description
CMSE Recruitment are currently recruiting an EHS Engineer for our client in the Medical Equipment manufacturing industry in Cork. This is a 4-6 month contract, reporting to the EHS Manager.The successful candidate should be personable andshould beable to work independently as well as part of a thriving team.
Duties/Responsibilities the role will involve:
- Support the introduction of Software platform Velocity for the control of contractors
- Work with the site team in developing our PTW procedure and electronic PTW system on Software platform
- Work with the site team in developing LOTO procedure and electronic LOTO system on Software platform.
- Support the site team in developing task based risk assessments for key critical equipment
- Develop and provide training on EHS and facilities site procedures and new software platform
- Support EHS team in day to day EHS duties
Requirements
Key attributes:
- Organised and self-motivated
- Good communicator and a people person
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience of working in a medical device/ pharma industry will be an advantage
Implementation of the software-based permit to work system.
