Sales Engineer (IT Related)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides services by determining their needs and designing products, equipment, and services to meet those needs.
  
• Establishes personal connection with potential and actual consumers, as well as others in a position to understand service requirements, in order to determine current and future customer service requirements.
  
• Respondingto inquiries and requests, provides technical and engineering information on a product, service, or piece of equipment.
  
• Organizes and plans the calendar of sales calls in order to open new accounts and provide services for existing ones.
  
• Analyses all pertinent client documentation to create cost estimates.
  
• Analyzes the cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, and service applications in the customer environment to identify improvements before engineering or recommending changes to the equipment, procedures, use of materials, or service.
  
• Increase customer acceptability by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
  
• Submit orders.
  
• Support customer s staff by providing technical information and training.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
  
• At least 2 years of working experience in IT related product which specific to Customize Server / GPU server / Storage / Embedded PC / Industrial PC / IoT Product
  
• Effective presentation skills.
  
• Good verbal and writing communication skills would be an advantage.
  
• Strong product knowledge and problem-solving skills
  
• Knowledgeable about requirements analysis and product development.
