TekRecruiter has been asked to recruit a Sr. GRC Specialist to join a growing technology company building revolutionary Fin-tech products that have quickly become a global industry leader!

Job Description:
- The Senior GRC Specialist will help support the day-to-day assurance operations related to policy compliance, standards, and procedures, security requirements governance, as well as risk management functions
- Assist in the execution of departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities and contribute to the Governance, Risk and Compliance functional strategy
- Assess and oversee all technology-related compliance issues across the organization including regulatory, data privacy, and business continuity
- Create and maintain an IT compliance risk assessment scorecard and programs to periodically assess the regulatory, commercial, governmental, third party, and organizational IT compliance risks
- Develop relevant metrics, analyze data, identify trends, model risks, and help drive improvements to the control environment.
- Support engagements to obtain third party cybersecurity accreditations or audit reports, such as SOC2 audit reports.
- Conducts quality audits on all routine and complex transactions and correspondence to ensure proper processing according to established quality standards
- Support company-wide security training and awareness programs to meet training goals.
