Job Description
- Highly sought after NSW Government Organisation
- 6 months contract
- Value driven government early childhood education program of work
We are seeking to appoint a talented Scrum Master to work with a team to deliver a world class Digital Hub with the education industry.
The role demands strong product instincts, excellent communication skills, technical fluency, coaching skills, scum practices and principals and an appreciation. A strong understanding of Data and Project Management is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be successful in the role, we are looking for someone who ensures that team members are well-trained, understand Agile processes and self-managed
- Leads daily stand up and all scrum based ceremonies
- Tracks team progress, and notes any obstacles that may keep the team from completing tasks.
- Assists Product Owner with product backlog
- Keeps the team focused on the tasks that need to be done during each iteration
- Removes barriers by actively looking for distractions and roadblocks that can impede progress.
Selection Criteria:
- Experienced Scrum Master with the ability to improve Agile capability within an organisation;
- A strong knowledge of Data management, flows and frameworks;
- Strong experience with Project Management, and delivery.
- Desirable: Experience within NSW Government, with a strong knowledge of procurement processes and frameworks.
On offer is a 6 month contract at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
