Responsibilities:
Handle and oversee the FOH (120 seaters) during eating place hours and functions (little to medium functions
Handle Eating place staff including FOH, BOH, and events staff
Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the outlets are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained
Responsible for daily deposits, and the right surgery of the POS systems Lightspeed
Balancing of all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS
From time to time deal entire eating place when GM is not around
Assist with overall ordering and operations
Assist clients and patrons
Assist with booking of tables, functions and create quotations for functions
Assist with function set upwards and direction thereof little to medium size functions
Ensure that all guests needs, and complaints are responded to chop-chop and efficiently
Co-ordinate and prepare staff rosters
Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, linguistic communication and grooming of all staff
Power to grip all disciplinary actions
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly meetings are held
Power to work independently and under force per unit area
Splendid interpersonal- & communication skills
Splendid people skills
Strong client/invitee service orientation
Comfortable in dealing with really distinguished clientele
Min Requirements:
Matric
5 years in Managing a Eating place including FOH, existence involved in the BOH, takeaways, and Events (120-seater)
Must have events experience
Must be well-presented & enthusiastic
Have have, dependable transportation and license
Fluent in English.
