Workplace Options has an exciting opportunity for a Client Success Manager in our Ealing, London office. This would be a hybrid position with a mixture of home and office working days. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced marketing campaign creator with a passion for marketing and communications to join ourglobal marketing team. You will be responsible for partnering with our top premier clients to help them effectively promote and increase utilization of wellbeing services within their organizations. Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree required in business, or marketing.
5+ years B2B experience in fields related to integrated marketing, communications, account management, engagement optimization.
An energetic, positive approach and can-do attitude.
Strong strategic thinking coupled with the ability to efficiently complete projects.
Exceptional communications and storytelling abilities, including written and verbal.
Deep analytical skill set to identify insights and optimize execution of campaigns/programs.
Evidence of planning and organizing multiple projects to tight timescales and delivering to measurable objectives.
Be a team player, collaborating effectively with cross-discipline teams (marketing, sales, account management, implementation, quality).
Experience in managing key client and partner relationships.
