AssistincontinualupdatesofCADdatabasewithapprovedstandarddesignsandconfigurationsbyproviding"asbuilt"samples
Manageandallocaterawmaterialcostandinventory
Recommenddesignchangesbasedonmaterialavailabilityonhandandleanproduction
practices
Developandimplementtraining,andcrosstrainingprograms,forallequipmentandfunctions
Recommendstaffinglevels
Handleallphasesofsupervisionincludingperformanceevaluations,meritincrease
recommendations,anddisciplinaryprocedures
Insureasafeandcleanworkingenvironment
Workwithmanagementteamonthefollowing:
Reportingeachstationoutput,productionquotas,andfinishedcostofgoodsproducedper
station
Abletocreateandmanagetoabudget
Technicalknowledgeofproductionoperations
Excellentcommunicationskills
AbilitytouseAutoCADtodevelopdrawingsaplus

Requirements
Qualifications/Experience/AbilityRequired:
Bachelorsdegreepreferred
5+yearsofexperienceinamanufacturingenvironment

Strongcomputerskills
Qualifications/Experience/Ability Required: Bachelors degree preferred 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment Strong computer skills
