Job Description

The candidate will have administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping the company plan and administer essential functions, such as recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits. Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Identify/source required profiles, screening and interviews, completing background checks
  • Draft employment contracts and other required documents
  • Organise and maintain personnel records
  • Coordinate databases related to leaves and oversee the day-to-day financial operations
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Maintain organisational communication and effectiveness within the office
  • Liaise with various colleges and organisations and foster ongoing relationships
  • Assist in the development/optimisation of existing company policies
  • Foster a healthy company culture


Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations
  • Working knowledge of labour laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects aimed at raising productivity
  • Strong telephonic, email and in-person communication skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills - written and verbal
  • Kindness, openness and initiative in dealing with employees requests
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Macros/MIS
  • Experience in generalist roles/background verification/insurance details/employee relations/documentation
  • Should be willing to work out of office
