- Develop and plan marketing strategies andbrandawareness for the property projects.
- SuggestATL and BTL activities, such as marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
- Suggest conceptualizeand launching digital and social media campaigns.
- In charge of creating and designing content, copy writing for digital ads and any marketing collaterals that are related.
- Responsible fordevelopingand distribute cutting-edge branding content across all social media platforms.
- All digital marketing initiatives should be evaluated, reported on, and continuously improved to promote the brand of real estate developments.
- Examine market trends and rival activity to suggest new ideas.
- To oversee and manageinternal marketing staff as well as marketing and branding agencies.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Marketing or any related fields
- Minimum 5 years working experience and a minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in the property development field
