Job Description
Roessel Joy has partnered with a tech company and is seeking a Payroll Specialist who can begin ASAP! The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ADP WFN experience. This is an incredible opportunity to join a company offering work/life balance and great culture.
Job Description:
- Own payroll processing responsibilities in ADP Workforce Now for the organization, reporting to the Controller
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ US employees across multiple states, hourly and salary
- Process a small international payroll for Canadian employees on a semi-monthly basis
- Perform payroll reconciliations and payroll tax filings
- Assist the accounting team with ad hoc payroll and accounting project work
