The company is seeking to hire a top-rated facility manager with vast experience in managing apartment buildings and facilities of varying sizes and purposes in Nigeria.
Job Summary:This role will be charged with the duty of generating business leads that accrues to sales for the business. The candidate must have good writing and verbal communication skill to be able to communicate with potential buyers to achieve set target.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare comparative market research analysis to establish a realistic asking price
Identify which assets are a property s top selling points for that neighborhood, plus pinpoint the best places to invest money in improvements
Stage the property to make it appealing to buyers
Advertise real estate properties to gain the attention of prospective buyers
Supervise and/or schedule property showings and open house events
Liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximize the selling value
Handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers
Bachelor s degree from a recognized institution in Marketing or any related degree.
5+ years as a Senior Sales Executive in Real Estate.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be a well-organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented.
A customer service-oriented business developer.
