Accounting Associate

• To collect, track and correct the companys financial information. To ensure complete support in financial audits, reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records throughout the year.
  

• Validation of financial data into the accounting system
  
• Timely processing of payments with accuracy
  
• Ensuring proactive communication over overdue receivables / payables for timely action
  
• Completion of statutory audit with desired results within the stipulated timeline
  
• Ensuring Period-End adjustments are being recorded timely and accurately in the financial statements
  
• Order to Cash cycle
  
• Procure to Pay cycle
  
• Compliance and Treasury

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelors/ACCA degree.
  
• Relevant accounting experience preferably in FMCG industry
  
• Sound understanding of KSA s Taxation Law
  
• Strong computing skills (Word processing and Excel) and solid experience with financial systems, financial reporting, financial and business planning, budget preparation and adherence to statutory, regulatory and other policy standards and requirements
  
• Ability to work in a demanding self-supervisory, multi-task environment within clear timelines
  
• Strong interpersonal, and cooperative working skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  
• Strong administrative ability and organizational skills
