Job Description
- Plan, establish and manage a new integrated approach to operation and maintenance for DSO in order to meet NEOM’s ambitious vision
- Responsible for all Control Room development phases such as preparation of operational philosophy and scope, specifications, vendor management, data and system interfaces, project execution inclusive of putting it into operation, and later on design of processes and performance metrics and staffing.
- Manage the delivery of direct services to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and reliability in responding to faults, emergencies, security, service, maintenance and general enquiries
- Help plan and establish a new Control Room Operation for DSO storage and networks
