• Manage logistics, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Follow up shipment on daily basis with Agents / suppliers and Clearances office.
• Coordinating and revising documents from suppliers / customers
• Doing the needful arrangements for shipments (Rates , booking , Issuing B/L’S Tracking, clearance)
• Follow up Cargo delivery files and shipping arrangements
• Responsible for every shipment documentation preparation such as invoice, & packing list, according to the agreement that took place between Sales department and the client
• Coordinate the process of supply/demand forecasting, inventory management, and on-time delivery
• Follow up Cargo delivery files and shipping arrangements
