Equipment Technician

Jack Laurie Group is currently hiring a skilled equipment technician to work in our commercial construction business in the Indianapolis area. This is an in-house or shop mechanic that mustalsobe able to load, deliver and repair equipment on various customer sites (mostly construction). They may also need to pick up equipment at vendor locations and deliver it to job sites. Knowledge of computerized inventory management systems is a plus and will be useful in everyday duties. In addition, may be called upon to assist with material handler and delivery driver responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in small engine repair
  
• Must have own hand tools
  
• Must be able to obtain Medical DOT Card - every 2 years (or sooner based on DOT requirement) must pass this exam and a drug test
  
• Must be at least 21 years of age
  
• Must have access to your own, dependable transportation
  
• Must have a valid drivers license
  
• Must be able to be insurable by company insurance underwriters
  
• Must have ability to leverage computer skills to utilize took tracking system
