Experience within the Healthcare IT, Trucking, Manufacturing and Sales industries is a plus!!
The Resource Assistant will provide overall support functions to the current recruiting team: candidate sourcing, job postings across social media platforms and the company career page along with pre-screening candidates. The person most successful in this role has a proven base of sourcing and/or recruiting experience and an ability to communicate with a variety of persons. In order to be successful in this role, you must value integrity, communication, accountability and most of all, you must enjoy people and have a sales hustle mentality!
This role has an expected ramp-up period of 30-60 days and is 100% commission. There is a tiered commission structure for those who are serious about the recruiting industry and would like to develop into an independent recruiting partner with our company.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in Recruiting, required (phone screening, interview scheduling, communicating with hiring managers, etc.)
2+ years of experience in an Administrative or HR setting
Must have worked in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate with multiple levels of clients, candidates, and co-workers
Proven ability to exercise sound judgement in decision-making
A detailed eye for improving organization and processes, is a plus
Must be a self-starter and are able to take directions and work independently with initiative
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn other applications and programs as needed
Maximizing time efficiently
