Architect

- Responsible for client relations

- Lead internal project teams on projects including municipal buildings, parks/recreation facilities, water/wastewater buildings, and other project types

- Project management duties including project planning, scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC

- Lead building design process (programming, design concept planning, and design development)

- Prepare construction documents

- Produce architectural models (sections/details) using Revit

- Participate in Bidding/Construction phase of project

- Mentor/train junior staff

Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering

- Master s degree preferred

- 12+ years of experience in architecture or engineering

- Licensed Architect or PE License

- Microsoft Office experience

- Revit and Sketch-up experience preferred
