Responsibilities:
Experience conducting evaluative user research investigations remotely/in-person/in the field (e.g. formative and summative usability testing, card sorting, tree testing, etc.)
Work closely with product teams to identify research topics.
Work closely with customer care teams to identify research topics.
You are experienced in running diverse research methods and are able to support and influence the different product teams with utilizing the suitable UX Research method(s) based on the project needs.
Experience in conducting studies that address both user behavior and attitudes
Generate insights that both fuel ideation and validate assumptions.
Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods, such as surveys.
Work cross-functionally with design, product management, customer support, engineering, and marketing.
Communicate results and suggestions in compelling and creative ways
Close collaboration with product owners, stakeholders, designers, engineers to define problem statements, success metrics, and facilitate a shared understanding of the solutions.
You are capable of moderating user interviews in Arabic
Bring insights about users by a variety of methods whether it be surveys, interviews, usability studies, or diary studies.
Share findings with designers, engineers, product managers, and across the organization to create a better informed, and more empathetic product team.
Skills:
Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams.
Experience and Knowledge in Human-Computer Interaction, Sociology, Psychology, Information Science, Computer Science, Product Design (or similar)
Knowledge of user-centered design framework and methods
Knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis, and statistical concepts
Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with research in Saudi or GCC.
Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative data collection and analysis.
Previous experience working in B2B , SaaS and Marketplaces is plus.
Any Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years as a UX Researcher.
2+ years of industry research experience.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Full Time
