Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking leaders who have a purpose is to create great travel experiences through services to our clients. People will seek rest, relaxation and opportunities to create lasting memories. We only work with reputable vendors so we can provide quality, trusted products and service. Time is the most asset in both planning and traveling.We learn everything we can to gain clients and their trust. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, superb social media marketing, great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and is self-motivated. This is a unique opportunity to work from home!



Requirements

  • Provide customers with quality customer service in a friendly and positive manner.

  • Understand and develop knowledge of products we offer, will train.

  • Provide resorts, flights, hotels and local information to the guest. Assess customers needs and provide them with the best products and vacation packages available to meet those needs.

  • Check voicemails and emails promptly and respond back to the guest within a 48-hour period.

  • Perform exceptional follow-up procedures to ensure the guest s satisfaction.

  • Make materials look beautiful and branded so you can present to the customer

  • No Experience Required
