Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Research and explore the potential global markets.
- Market analysis of different countries and client requirements.
- Marketing our agricultural products to the global market.
- Managing our customer relations and Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Design and implement all export strategies and activities.
- Develop a plan to participate in all trade fairs .
- Manage all banking logistics services for export activities and Coordinate with the production, logistics & financial departments the cycle of business.
- Propose export annual sales target.
- Review and update the export target and prospect customer base.
- Address and close all customer complaints timely to improve customer satisfaction ratings
- Investigate opportunities for new products and customers.
