Job Description
- Must be based in the KSA and have a transferable iqama.
- Has a degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Architecture from a recognised university.
- Demonstrable skills in current Value Engineering and Cost Control techniques.
- xperience in pricing of pre and post contract Request For Proposals (RFP’s).
- Essential - knowledge of the Saudi construction and procurement market.
