Job Description
- Design training materials and programs necessary to meet training needs.
- Arrange for the maintenance of all essential equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
- Stay informed about relevant product enhancements/limitations required for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant departments.
- Help in executing delivery projects for the new products and provide 1st Line Support.
- Participate in the technical tasks (installation, configuration, and setup) of the application.
- Understand the user/customer requirements and needs.
- Perform technical analysis, and work with the GIS to ensure user needs are correctly specified and effectively implemented.
