As a Showroom Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling primarily flooring and hard surface countertops and entering into the remodeling products and services to homeowners and commercial clients in the area. While weve worked with Carpet One retail for over fifty years, weve also expanded our service portfolio to include all aspects of a commercial or residential customers requirements for remodeling jobs, from kitchen and bath renovations, water and fire damage repairs, bespoke hardwood flooring, to luxury vinyl tile and both granite & quartz counter top installations. We operate in the Northern California region and are available for projects there. We need a sales representative who understands flooring, and construction related trades with the ability to close. Our ideal showroom sales representative knows that remodel sales are an ongoing process that requires relationship management and has excellent customer service skills. California Renovations helps our customers bring their dream homes to life, and we want our remodel sales representatives to share our enthusiasm for that mission. As a showroom sales representative, you will be responsible for:

• Showroom Management and Sales for Flooring, Countertops, and More
  

• Product Knowledge for Light Home Improvement (with Ongoing Education)
  

• Sales Qualifying, Project Assessment, and Financing (Procurement)
  

• Bidding and Contract Negotiations
  

• Post Sales Project and Relationship Management
  

• Working in CRM Input and Updating Client Files
