Job Description

Top ENR firm is looking to adda motivated Utility Coordinatorto their Indianapolis office!



Responsibilities:

  • Communicate frequently with utility company representatives (written/verbal)
  • Maintain database of utility company correspondence
  • Interpret/evaluate construction plans
  • Review utility work relocation work plans to minimize conflicts on road/bridge projects
  • Prepare utility company agreements
  • Serve as a liaison between designer and utility company representatives
  • Perform site inspections during construction
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Facilitate/lead meetings related to utility work


Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience in construction, design or the utility industries preferred OR
  • 4+ years of experience in construction, design or the utility industries
  • INDOT Utility Coordinator certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
