Top ENR firm is looking to adda motivated Utility Coordinatorto their Indianapolis office!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate frequently with utility company representatives (written/verbal)
- Maintain database of utility company correspondence
- Interpret/evaluate construction plans
- Review utility work relocation work plans to minimize conflicts on road/bridge projects
- Prepare utility company agreements
- Serve as a liaison between designer and utility company representatives
- Perform site inspections during construction
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Facilitate/lead meetings related to utility work
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience in construction, design or the utility industries preferred OR
- 4+ years of experience in construction, design or the utility industries
- INDOT Utility Coordinator certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
